Summary As the Hotel General Manager at the Comfort Suites/Mainstay Suites, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue growth and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Develop and implement strategies for revenue management to maximize profitability. Supervise staff across various departments, fostering a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards. Oversee guest services operations, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain high cleanliness and maintenance standards. Manage budgeting and financial reporting to achieve financial goals. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote hotel services and attract new guests. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role within the hotel industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest interactions. Experience in revenue management strategies to enhance profitability. Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus but not mandatory. Bilingual abilities are advantageous for enhancing guest relations.
