Job Description
Overview Live In-Lodge Manager, where your passion for guest service will create memorable experiences in a lodge environment. This is a live-in, full-time, paid role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily lodge operations, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, and foster a welcoming atmosphere while having the St. Clair river right across the street. Free housing, utilities included to live on site in addition to getting paid weekly. No pets or children may live on site with you. Will be open to a partner living on site with you. As a key member of our team at Anchor Inn Lodge, you will live on-site, providing dedicated support to guests while managing the smooth running of the lodge. Your energetic approach and hospitality expertise will drive success and elevate our guest experience. Duties Oversee daily lodge operations, including front desk management, guest services, and housekeeping. Oversee day to day operations including but not limited to, checking guests in/out, housekeeping/cleaning of the rooms, effectively address guest concerns and questions, upkeep of the grounds the site, etc. Ensure housekeeping follows the cleaning schedule and maintain satisfactory levels of cleanliness as well as assisting as needed. Practice a high level of integrity while performing any cash or credit card transactions to ensure no discrepancies. Experience Proven supervising experience in hospitality management or hotel operations Strong background in hotel management, with knowledge of front desk procedures and housekeeping services Experience in managing day to day operations at a motel, lodge or hotel Experience in housekeeping Leadership qualities that inspire teams to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences
