Suburban Inns is seeking a Guest Service Manager to lead front desk and guest service operations at our West Michigan hotels. In this role, you will supervise guest service associates, ensure smooth check-in/check-out, resolve guest concerns, and uphold brand standards for Hilton, Marriott, and other properties. You will train and schedule staff, manage daily reports, and support sales initiatives through excellent service.
