Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Agent & Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team and ensure a seamless check-in experience for all visitors. This dual role combines the responsibilities of providing exceptional customer service at the front desk with overseeing daily operations to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills and have a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Your leadership will set the tone for hospitality excellence, guest relations, and smooth hotel operations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and delivering outstanding guest service. Manage front desk operations including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with efficiency and professionalism. Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, responding promptly to inquiries and requests. Supervise front desk staff, providing training on customer service standards, hotel procedures, and guest relations. Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while managing guest complaints or issues with tact and resolution skills. Oversee hotel management tasks such as managing guest accounts and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams. Foster a hospitable environment by building rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds
