• Has management experience in a boarding kennel, daycare, veterinary, training, grooming, or related animal care environment or possesses a strong background in canine behavior and leadership.
• Naturally develops and coaches high-performing teams.

• Lead the daily operations of a busy luxury pet resort.
• Recruit, train, coach, and inspire an exceptional team.
• Ensure the highest standards of animal care, safety, cleanliness, and enrichment.
• Deliver an outstanding experience for both pets and their owners.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, and operational efficiency.
• Help develop new ideas, systems, and processes as we continue expanding.
