Job Description
Lorena Luca Med + Spa is seeking a polished, experienced, and highly dependable Assistant Guest Experience Manager to join our team at our Raleigh Village District location. This is a hands-on leadership position combining exceptional guest service with team supervision, staff training, and daily operational coordination. The ideal candidate is warm and professional with clients, confident leading others, highly organized, and comfortable taking ownership of the guest experience. Key Responsibilities Help oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure a seamless guest experience Train and onboard new Guest Experience/Concierge team members Provide day-to-day guidance and support to the front desk team Coordinate communication and workflow between the front and back of house Monitor the daily appointment schedule and proactively address gaps, delays, or scheduling concerns Manage appointments, client communications, check-in, checkout, and payments Assist with resolving guest concerns professionally and thoughtfully Coordinate with providers and treatment teams to keep the day running smoothly Maintain high standards of presentation, organization, and professionalism throughout the spa Support management with daily operations, team communication, and implementation of spa procedures Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, a medical office, spa/med spa, or a similar guest-focused environment Previous supervisory, team lead, or management experience required Experience training and onboarding employees strongly preferred Exceptional communication and organizational skills Professional, polished, and naturally service-oriented Confident handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative Comfortable learning scheduling, CRM, and practice-management systems Reliable and committed to the required work schedule Schedule Part-time Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 1:00 PM-8:30 PM Every other Saturday required Competitive pay, paid training, employee perks, and friends & family discounts.
