The Hampton Inn by Hilton Roanoke Rapids is hiring for a full-time Guest Service Manager! Prior hotel experience is required, and prior hotel leadership experience is preferred. The Guest Services Manager is responsible for the success of the front desk, for ensuring guest satisfaction and for making sure that product quality standards are met. This position must display and promote great guest service for the staff to follow and is expected to work shifts in the evening and on weekends to best accomplish these goals. The employee must possess complete knowledge of all features and amenities of the property in order to answer any question the guest might ask concerning hotel products, services and amenities. Must be knowledgeable about area restaurants, attractions, major businesses and other information about the surrounding area which may be of particular interest to the guest. Appearance must be neat and professional at all times. This person should be caring, friendly and prepared to listen and respond to the guests' needs and/or inquiries.
