We're looking for a Front Desk Supervisor who can create great guest experiences, support our Front Desk team, and help keep the hotel running smoothly — even when things get busy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead and support the Front Desk team Welcome guests and create memorable first impressions Handle guest questions, concerns, and service recovery Support check-ins, check-outs, reservations, groups and Hilton Honors Coach associates and help maintain Front Desk standards Help with inventories, vip gifts, training and daily Front Desk organization Keep communication strong between the Front Desk and other departments Step up, take ownership, and get things done

Loves hospitality and genuinely enjoys helping people Leads by example and brings positive energy Can confidently coach and hold a team accountable Stays calm when the lobby gets busy Communicates clearly and professionally Notices the little things that make a big difference Wants to grow into a stronger hospitality leader Must be flexible to work some weekends and holidays, as well as various shifts based on business needs due to call off and time off requests. Previous hotel leadership experience is preferred, entry level hotel experience required.
