Key Duties and Responsibilities
Front Office Management:
Oversee check-ins, check-outs, guest services, and the concierge to ensure smooth front-desk operations.
Housekeeping and Maintenance:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and room readiness across all guest accommodations and public areas.
Revenue and Budgeting:
Manage department budgets, track expenses, analyze room occupancy reports, and support pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
Staff Leadership:
Hire, train, schedule, and mentor department supervisors and frontline team members.
Guest Relations:
Resolve complex guest complaints and ensure a high-quality, five-star guest experience. Job Requirements and Skills
Experience:
2 to 4 years of hospitality management experience in front office or housekeeping.
Education:
A degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in hotel property management systems (such as Opera) and basic office software.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, problem-solving under pressure, organization, and clear communication.
