- Oversees, directs, and manages property operations of a single property to assure optimum performance and continual improvement.
- Coordinates, directs and manages staff and everyday hotel operations to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction, and efficiency while maintaining brand standards assuring 100% guest satisfaction.
- Participates in hotel sales efforts in compliance with current guidelines for general managers.
- Coordinates and implements sales and marketing activities of the property.
- Manages all financial activities and reconciles all financial accounts.
- Participates and monitors monthly inventory of supplies and equipment ensuring purchases made are within budget and by approved vendors.
- Trains and develops all property associates including management to meet or exceed the company's expectations.
- Communicates directly with the Regional Director of Operations.
- Responsible for the timely completion of all property assignments and projects requested by Regional Directors, or corporate office.
- Communicates and consults with appropriate corporate support departments as necessary.
Pay:
