Job Description

Beverage Manager — The Brook The Brook is hiring a Beverage Manager to own our beverage program across every F&B outlet on property. This is a hands-on, property-wide role for someone who lives and breathes drink menus, vendor relationships, and consistent execution. What you'll do: Build and roll out seasonal beverage menus for all F&B outlets and casino floor Manage relationships with distribution partners to keep quality and consistency dialed in property wide Create and train beverage SOPs for every seasonal change and new product launch Run 2-3 floor management shifts a week, keeping F&B service quality and guest satisfaction front and center Work as a core member of our F&B operations management team What you bring: 3-5 years in beverage or bar management, ideally in a multi outlet, resort, or casino environment Strong spirits, wine, and beer knowledge with a finger on seasonal trends Proven track record building SOPs and training teams to execute consistently TIPS certified (or equivalent), 21+ A leader who's just as comfortable behind the bar as running a floor shift This role is primarily about the beverage program, with a close second focus as part of our broader F&B leadership team. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
