The Guest Services Manager will bring the Amara experience to life by overseeing all aspects of Front Services and Membership Services operations, including valet services, vehicle management, golf bag and cart services, pre-and post-member coordination, and member-facing support. As a key leader within Hospitality, you will develop team members of the Club's concierge operations, membership administration, resident services, and personalized lifestyle support while ensuring every interaction reflects Amara's commitment to luxury hospitality, thoughtful service, and genuine relationship building. You will build and lead a service-focused team that anticipates member needs, delivers personalized experiences, and reflects the warmth, elegance, and attention to detail that defines the Amara lifestyle.QUALIFICATIONS
Five (5) or more years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality, private club operations, concierge services, member services, hotel operations, guest relations, or related customer-focused environment. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Prior leadership or supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members. Demonstrated experience leading customer or member service teams while delivering exceptional hospitality within luxury hotels, resorts, private clubs, residential communities, or similar service-driven environments. Proven ability to develop strong relationships, anticipate customer needs, resolve service concerns with professionalism, and create personalized experiences that foster long-term loyalty and satisfaction. Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment. Experience establishing service standards, operating procedures, or departmental workflows preferred. Valid Nevada Driver's License with acceptable driving record is required. Proficiency with membership management systems, reservation platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and other hospitality technology, with the ability to quickly learn new software applications. Prior experience using Pacesetter is a desired skillset. Ability to work in fast-paced high-touch environments. Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
