We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Hotel Supervisor to join our team. The Hotel Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth and advancement within our organization!
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise front desk agents. Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Train new staff members and provide ongoing training for existing staff. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve hotel operations and guest experience. Coordinate with other departments within the hotel to ensure smooth operations. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hotel industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong leadership and management skills. Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage. Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
