Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor/Manager and lead the front-of-house operations with energy, professionalism, and a passion for guest satisfaction! In this vital role, you will oversee daily front desk activities, ensure seamless guest experiences, and manage a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming environment where guests feel valued from check-in to check-out. Duties Supervise and coordinate front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes and efficient handling of guest requests. Lead and motivate front desk staff, providing training on customer service excellence, phone etiquette, and hotel procedures. Manage reservations using property management systems (PMS) ensuring accuracy and optimal room allocation. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and problem-solving skills to enhance guest satisfaction. Oversee night audit procedures, reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management review. Enforce hotel emergency procedures, ensuring safety protocols are followed during incidents or emergencies. Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are promptly addressed. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with familiarity in hotel management systems. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise staff effectively and foster a positive team environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and resort experience is preferred. Exceptional phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette. Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly while maintaining attention to detail. Pay:
$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
