Madison & Vine - Floor Manager / Maître D' Wanted American Bistro & Wine Bar at the Library Hotel - Grand Central Neighborhood Madison & Vine, the signature American Bistro and Wine Bar is seeking a professional, guest‑focused hospitality leader to join our front‑of‑house team. We're looking for someone who brings warmth, poise, and genuine care to every guest interaction.
Position:
Floor Manager / Maître
D' Experience Required:
Minimum 2-3 years in hospitality (restaurant or hotel), ideally in a leadership or guest‑facing role. What We're Looking For Strong floor presence with the ability to lead service smoothly and confidently Experience as a floor manager or maître d' in a quality hospitality environment Excellent guest‑facing skills — warm, polished, and professional Solid wine knowledge and comfort guiding guests through selections Ability to support staff, maintain service standards, and uphold the Madison & Vine experience Reliable, organized, and committed to consistent excellence About Us Madison & Vine is known for its inviting atmosphere, elevated cuisine, and thoughtful wine program — a neighborhood favorite for both hotel guests and local professionals.
