Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Manager, where you'll lead the charge in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth daily operations. This energetic role offers the opportunity to oversee all aspects of hotel management, from guest relations and staff supervision to revenue optimization and operational excellence. As a Hotel Manager, you will inspire your team, uphold high standards of hospitality, and drive the success of the property with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring a seamless experience for guests from check-in to check-out Lead and supervise hotel staff across departments such as front desk, housekeeping, food service, and maintenance Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering positive reviews Implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and profitability Coordinate human resources activities including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Oversee budgeting processes, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to meet financial targets Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and industry standards such as night audit procedures and health protocols Skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff ( preferable but not required ) Proven supervising experience within hospitality or hotel management environments Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles including guest services, revenue management, and human resources Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment Experience with hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette Skilled in customer service excellence and guest relations to create memorable stays Competence in budgeting, financial analysis, and implementing revenue strategies for resort or hotel settings Ability to handle night audit responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high service standards Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership transforms guest experiences into lasting memories. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
