Tharaldson Hospitality Management is looking for a Property Support Manager to provide leadership and operational support across our hotel portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hotel professional who enjoys working with different teams, supporting hotel leadership, and gaining valuable experience across multiple properties and brands.

This role may step into the responsibilities of an Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager, or other hotel leadership position when additional support is needed.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, dependable, and comfortable stepping into different hotel environments and quickly building relationships with teams. This position requires extensive travel, including overnight and extended stays, and is best suited for a hospitality professional who enjoys variety and is willing to go where their leadership is needed most.
What You'll DoPerform the essential functions of an Assistant General Manager or Operations Manager/Supervisor when assigned leadership is unavailable.
Provide operational and supervisory support to General Managers as directed by the Regional Director of Operations or other above-property leadership.
Assist Regional Directors of Operations and corporate leadership with special projects and operational initiatives.
Work closely with Front Office and Housekeeping teams to evaluate occupancy, staffing needs, schedules, and labor levels.
Provide hands-on leadership and support to hotel teams during periods of staffing or operational need.
Supervise hotel associates in the absence of other hotel management.
Support training, coaching, and development of hotel team members.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, sanitation, and guest service.
Assist with resolving guest and employee concerns professionally and effectively.
Follow company policies, franchise standards, and standard operating procedures.
Adapt quickly to different hotel environments, teams, brands, and operational challenges.
Identify opportunities to improve hotel operations, productivity, service, and team performance.
Participate as an active member of the hotel management and supervisory team.
Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.
What We're Looking ForAt least 1 year of hotel management or supervisory experience required.
Multi-brand hotel experience preferred, including Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Marriott, or similar.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and establish effective working relationships.
Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to delegate effectively and prioritize competing demands.
Professionalism, dependability, sound judgment, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hotel and above-property leadership.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to travel extensively, including overnight and extended stays, based on operational needs.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Travel & Schedule RequirementsThis is a full-time, in-person position that requires significant flexibility.
Travel may be required up to 100% of the time, including overnight and extended stays.
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on property needs.
A minimum of 50 hours per week is expected, based on operational requirements.
Regular and punctual attendance is essential.
This is not a remote position.
Physical RequirementsFrequently stand, walk, sit, use hands and arms, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with hotel operations as needed.
