Krazy Bins, the largest Target overstock outlet warehouse in the state, is looking for a skilled and motivated Front End Supervisor to join our team. What You'll Do as a Front End Supervisor As the Front End Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind our front-of-house operations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Leading and supervising the front-end team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues with professionalism and care. Overseeing cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front-end area. Assisting with training and mentoring team members to help them succeed. Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed at all times. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you'll need: 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a busy front-end area. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and interact with customers.
