As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service, while leading our talented front desk team to success. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Front Office Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, maximize revenue, and foster a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Create Memorable Guest Experiences Your top priority will be delivering 5-star customer service, ensuring each guest leaves with a smile. From check-ins to check-outs, you'll be the face of our hotel, anticipating guest needs and delivering outstanding service every time. Lead and Inspire Take ownership of the front desk operations, motivate your team, and ensure that each staff member is in the right place at the right time to achieve success. Your leadership will drive daily performance and contribute to our hotel's overall success. Achieve Financial Success Monitor room reservations, departmental budgets, and ensure revenue goals are met. You'll assist in preparing financial reports and ensure our systems are in top shape to maximize profits. Train, Develop, and Empower Your Team With your experience and passion for development, you'll provide continuous training, coaching, and feedback to your front desk team, helping them grow and excel in their roles. Dynamic Hotel Operations From staffing adjustments to assisting with sales calls, you'll ensure smooth operations by implementing corporate marketing initiatives, investigating guest complaints, and ensuring that safety standards are always met. What We're Looking For:
Experience You bring previous hospitality experience, with a keen understanding of front office operations, customer service, and management. Excellent Communication Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to ensure clear direction and exceptional service. Attention to Detail & Problem-Solving Your ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards will set you apart. Financial & Operational Acumen A solid understanding of hotel systems and financial management will help you thrive in this role. Team Player You have a natural ability to work well with others, inspire your team, and foster a positive work environment.
Physical & Mental Requirements:
