Job Description

Overview The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring to exceeds guests' expectations within their level of responsibility. This role will pay an hourly rate of $8.25 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities Maintain knowledge of the menu and any specials being offered. Provides updates of any changes to the menu. Maintains a clean and presentable work area. Ensures a high level of guest service. Maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events and varied schedules per business need. Provide drinks, napkins, condiments, straws, etc. per guest request. per the guest requests. Ensures your tables and sections are clean and well maintained. Complete opening side work and continuous side work throughout the shift. Complete side work at the end of your shift or at close to specifications provided by the Supervisor. Communicates in a positive, respectful manner to both internal and external guests. Qualifications Experience in a restaurant/casino environment. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume food court, casual, buffet, and/or nightclub in a supervisory capacity is preferred. Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment. Ability to communicate with team members, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner. Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages). All employees must obtain a valid gaming license from the Gaming Commission prior to beginning work and are required to have the license renewed as mandated by the Gaming Commission. Ability to communicate with team members, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner that focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment. Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
