Job Description

Our Front Office Managers are responsible for providing support to all departments and for the overall performance of the hotel to include exceptional hospitality experiences for all guests, maintaining high-level morale amongst staff, and managing / meeting budgetary goals including net profits while adhering to and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed by all personnel. The right candidate will possess the following skills and experience: Management experience, preferably in hotel management Proven leadership and customer service skills Self-starter with ability to work independently Team player who works alongside their staff Excellent organizational skills Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written Developed interpersonal and problem-solving skills Understanding of P&L statements preferred Revenue management experience is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) Experience is PMS systems preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Good knowledge of the local area and businesses Ability to work weekends, holidays, swing, overnight and on-call We hope you will consider applying to be part of a team that loves to share beautiful Southern Oregon with visitors from all over the world!
