    $65,000
  • 88,000 per year, based on proven performance and track record We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Hotel General Manager for a property in the Lehigh Valley.
This is not a desk-only position—we need a GM who is visible, involved, accountable, and comfortable working directly with the team and guests.
Requirements:
Previous hotel General Manager or strong AGM experience Hilton, Marriott, or IHG experience required Proven record of improving hotel operations, guest satisfaction, revenue, and profitability Strong leadership and staff-management skills Willingness to work hands-on wherever the operation requires it Strong understanding of hotel standards, labor control, budgeting, and revenue performance
Compensation:
$65,000
  • 88,000 annually, depending on demonstrated experience and results.
