What You'll Do:

Lead and Inspire:

Supervise, coach, and support team members while promoting exceptional guest service.

Manage Front Desk Operations:

Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.

Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences :

Resolve guest concerns, handle special requests, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service.

Coordinate Hotel Operations :

Assist with revenue goals, cash handling, and operational efficiency.

Maintain Quality Standards:

Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk while upholding safety and service standards.

Collaborate Across Departments:

Partner with other hotel teams to provide a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

Education:

Associate's degree or equivalent experience, or at least two years of relevant hospitality or customer service experience.

Experience:

Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Skills:

General computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook Email, UKG, and PEP.

Certifications:

Hilton Brand Training required upon hire; RAMP Certification preferred but will train upon hire.

Safety First:

Follow Willow Valley's safety policies and procedures, promoting safety and identifying areas for improvement.

Physical Demands/Environment:
