Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations and directly lead the front desk staff with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and hospitality. Responsibilities Oversee all front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries Supervise and motivate front office staff to deliver outstanding customer service in accordance with brand standards Manage property management systems (PMS) to ensure accurate booking and billing processes Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations Handle guest relations proactively, resolving issues promptly to maximize satisfaction and loyalty Oversee night audit procedures, financial transactions, and daily reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance Utilize multi-line phone system and uphold professional phone etiquette to provide excellent communication with guests and vendors Perform other tasks as needed Requirements Previous experience within the hospitality industry or similar is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to efficiently manage others Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to oversee daily hotel operations while maintaining high standards of hospitality excellence Availability and flexibility to work days, evenings or weekends as needed Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while leading a passionate team dedicated to hospitality excellence.
