Job Summary Reporting to the Lodge Manager, the Assistant Lodge Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of a remote workforce accommodation facility. This role provides leadership and operational oversight to multiple service areas, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery while maintaining strong client relationships. The Assistant Lodge Manager works closely with department supervisors and frontline employees to support camp operations, employee engagement, safety compliance, quality assurance, and guest satisfaction. This position is based in a remote camp environment and operates on a rotational fly-in/fly-out schedule. Duties Support the Lodge Manager in overseeing the daily operation of a remote workforce accommodation facility. Coordinate and monitor service delivery across multiple departments including housekeeping, janitorial, front desk, accommodations, food services, transportation, and facilities support. Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and client expectations. Assist in resolving operational issues and guest concerns in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a visible presence throughout the camp and provide leadership support to operational teams. Build and maintain effective working relationships with client representatives and site leadership. Participate in regular client meetings and respond promptly to operational concerns or service requests. Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence. Participate in investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities as required. Assist with quality assurance inspections, audits, and client reviews. Monitor operational expenses and support budget objectives. Complete required reports, documentation, and operational records accurately and on time. Qualifications Minimum 4-6 years of leadership experience within workforce accommodation, remote camp services, hospitality, facilities management, or a related industry. Experience supervising multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service delivery. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a remote environment.
