Overview Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a dynamic front desk team? We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our hospitality establishment. In this pivotal role, you will ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Your leadership will drive guest satisfaction, uphold hotel standards, and coordinate with various departments to create memorable stays. Duties Supervise front desk staff, providing training, guidance, and motivation to ensure excellent guest service delivery. Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as PEP or similar platforms. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and prompt problem-solving skills. Oversee reservations using hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and optimal room allocation. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs and maintain property standards. Enforce hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety at all times. Make sure staff is checking the OTAs for discrepancy. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk supervision within a hotel or resort setting. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially PEP or similar platforms. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is preferred. Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and client interaction expertise. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
