Job Summary We are excited to announce a fresh start under new management! This dynamic role of Hotel Supervisor / Front Desk Manager offers an energetic and engaging opportunity to lead our front desk operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure smooth hotel management. As a key leader in our hospitality team, you will oversee daily front desk activities, manage guest relations, and coordinate with various departments to uphold our high standards of service. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and hospitality expertise will drive the success of our hotel and create memorable stays for every guest. Duties Supervise all front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude Manage guest relations by resolving issues promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Oversee the use of property management systems (PMS) to handle reservations, billing, and guest information accurately Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure seamless hotel operations Implement hotel emergency procedures efficiently during incidents or safety concerns Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and clients effectively Conduct night audits and oversee financial transactions to ensure accuracy in billing and reporting Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, complaints, and resolutions for continuous improvement Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong understanding of hotel procedures Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members Proficiency in hospitality reservation systems (PMS) Exceptional customer service skills combined with problem-solving capabilities to address guest needs swiftly Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, safety protocols, and night audit processes Excellent communication skills for client interaction via phone or in person, including multi-line phone systems Strong leadership qualities to supervise staff, manage conflicts, and foster a positive team environment Familiarity with hotel experience standards, guest services best practices, and property management systems (PMS) Join us in creating an inviting atmosphere where guests feel valued from the moment they arrive!
