Hotel General Manager Responsibilities :

Train, Lead, Mentor, and develop Team members to consistently provide a memorable Guest experience Oversee and manage overall operations of the Hotel, including but not limited to, Front Office, Sales, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Engineering Identify property needs and execute a plan to address those needs Prepare operational budgets facilitating financial planning and expense control Forecast revenue based on market segments and execute a plan to exceed revenue goals Serve as the Brand Ambassador in the

Community Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

3 to 5 years as a General Manager is a must Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success Thrive in an ever-changing & fast-paced environment Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls Ability to analyze Guest Service reports and recognize market trends Possess excellent written and verbal communication.

Hotel General Manager Benefits:
