This pivotal role supports the Hotel General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations of limited service economy hotel, ensuring top-tier service standards, and managing a talented hospitality team. Duties Assist in overseeing daily hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, and housekeeping coordination to ensure seamless guest experiences Supervise and manage hospitality teams, including front desk staff and housekeeping personnel fostering a motivated and high-performing work environment Implement and uphold hotel guest service standards to deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations Manage hospitality operations budgets, including revenue management strategies and cost control initiatives to optimize profitability Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to streamline bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries Oversee financial operations such as budgeting, night audit processes, and human resources functions related to staffing and employee relations Maintain effective managerial communication across departments to ensure alignment on operational goals and guest satisfaction initiatives Requirements Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry, with strong leadership skills in managing hospitality teams Extensive knowledge of hotel management practices, including revenue management, financial management, and property management systems (PMS) Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Demonstrated expertise in overseeing daily hotel operations such as front desk activities, night audits, guest relations, and customer service standards Strong understanding of human resources principles related to staffing, training, and employee engagement Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve guest issues promptly Experience with hospitality reservation systems and multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high standards of guest services in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership transforms guest stays into memorable experiences!
