This role is ideal for a relationship-builder who thrives on driving revenue, developing loyal client partnerships, and uncovering new business through proactive direct sales efforts. In this position, you will work closely with both internal teams—including Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Banquet —and external partners to deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue objectives Proactively identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts Perform direct sales calls to build strong, long-term client relationships Collaborate closely with the Front Desk and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and a consistent guest experience Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales agreements Utilize Delphi and other CRM platforms to track sales activities and account performance Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to guide decision-making Sell events to planners and work to finalize all event details Oversee account management to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities Deliver outstanding customer service from initial contact through post-stay follow-up Qualifications & Experience Previous Hilton sales experience strongly preferred Proven sales experience with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets Background in outside sales and account management required Experience working within a convention or city-center market is ideal Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies Proficiency in Salesforce, Delphi, or other CRM tools Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Comprehensive health insurance benefits Opportunities for career growth and professional development A fast-paced, collaborative environment with a passionate team If you have a passion for sales, enjoy building meaningful client relationships, and excel in a collaborative hospitality environment, we invite you to apply and become part of our success.
