Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Property Manager to join our vibrant property management team! Your expertise in property management- leasing, customer service, collections, legal administrative procedures and management will ensure a seamless experience for tenants while maintaining compliance with Fair Housing regulations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building relationships, and are fluent in both English and Spanish, this opportunity is perfect for you to make a meaningful impact in our community. Responsibilities This is a multi-faceted role for a one-person office on a small community. Qualifications Proven experience in property management Familiarity with property management software such as RentManager12 is highly preferred Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and legal contract procedures Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is
REQUIRED
; exceptional communication skills in both languages are essential Demonstrated customer service excellence with the ability to handle conflict management professionally Experience working with data entry systems, filing procedures, office equipment, and other tools to track leads and tenant information Knowledge of property management operations including property maintenance coordination and facilities management practices Excellent phone etiquette combined with negotiation skills to close leases effectively while providing outstanding service Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of Facebook and other platform marketing a must Join us as a Property Manager - Bilingual!
