Why you'll love this job The Supervisor, Crew Hotel and Limo Operations, plays a key role on the Crew Scheduling team within the Integrated Operations Center (IOC). You will ensure seamless crew scheduling and hotel/limo arrangements in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment. You will also lead and develop a team of 15 team members, collaborating with various department and external partners to drive business results and continuously improves processes. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations. Lead and oversee the daily operations of Crew Hotel and Limo team members, ensuring efficient coordination and on-time, accurate hotel and limo reservations for crew members Provides frontline team support through a variety of mechanisms in order for them to deliver superior customer service Provide strategic support to the Crew Scheduling Department, including managing hotel/limo logistics, charter operations, and executing high-priority special projects Analyze financial and usage data for hotel services, identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency Conduct in-depth research and assess hotels for off-schedule operations, ensuring compliance with company policies while optimizing service quality and cost-effectiveness Implement and enforce operational procedures and best practices to ensure consistency and high standards in service delivery Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Hotel Contracts, Flight, Flight Service, IOC, suppliers, vendors, IT, and third-party partners to ensure seamless operational flow Conduct regular audits of operations processes, identifying areas for improvement and leading initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance overall productivity Evaluate, coach, and empower team members, fostering a culture of growth and development to maximize performance and drive collective success All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor's degree in a related field. 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a hotel/limo or travel-related industry Experience with American Airlines operations and policies or other airline operations Experience with hotel/limo operations, crew scheduling, or travel management Experience with high-volume call center environment Knowledge of Federal and State laws and regulations related to travel and hospitality Skills, Licenses & Certifications Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Familiarity with hotel/limo management software and systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information What you'll get Feel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer:
