Position Summary The Airport Lounge Supervisor serves as the team Lead and first point of contact for premium airline passengers and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and high-end lounge experience. This position is responsible for training and leading team members - greeting guests, managing lounge access, assisting with passenger needs, supporting guest flow, and maintaining a calm, professional environment that reflects Abby's Catering and airline partner standards. This role is ideal for someone who is polished, dependable, service-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced airport hospitality setting.

Operations Manager Schedule:
Flexible shifts between approximately 6:00 AM - 10:00
PM Availability:
Airline lounge operations may run 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. Flexibility is required based on flight schedules and business needs. Essential Functions Provide a warm, professional, and polished welcome to all lounge guests Verify lounge access through boarding passes, loyalty status, partner airline eligibility, or other required procedures Guide passengers to designated lounge areas, including First Class, Business Class, and Quiet Zones Assist guests with questions regarding lounge amenities, dining options, services, and facilities Provide general travel support, including flight updates, gate changes, and directional assistance Make clear, professional announcements as needed Monitor guest flow and support lounge operations during peak periods Maintain a clean, organized, calm, and guest-ready lounge environment Communicate guest needs, service concerns, or operational issues to leadership promptly Represent Abby's Catering and airline partner standards with professionalism, composure, and attention to detail Support team members as needed to ensure a smooth and elevated guest experience About Abby's Catering At Abby's Catering, our mission is to be the leading in-flight and corporate catering company serving the Houston and Dallas metro markets by delivering exceptional service, maintaining operational excellence, and upholding the highest standards. Requirements:
Requirements English proficiency required; must be able to speak, read, and understand English for safety training, documentation, and operational communication Bilingual or multilingual ability strongly preferred; Spanish, French, or other languages are a plus Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, front desk, concierge, airline, hotel, luxury retail, or related guest-facing roles preferred Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a guest-first mindset Professional appearance and polished demeanor required Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in a fast-paced, high-traffic airport environment Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to follow procedures accurately Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift as needed Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Ability to pass required background check, drug screening, airport badging, TSA, U.S. Customs, and/or airport security clearance requirements as applicable
