You'll oversee preventative maintenance programs, capital improvement projects, resort facilities, and a talented maintenance team that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Leadership & Team Development Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance team. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. Create schedules that maximize productivity while supporting exceptional guest service. Conduct ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and training. Lead by example and work alongside your team whenever needed. Maintenance Operations Develop and oversee comprehensive preventative maintenance programs. Prioritize daily work orders, repairs, and capital improvement projects. Coordinate contractors, vendors, and project timelines. Manage inventory, purchasing, and departmental expenses. Assist with developing and managing annual maintenance budgets. Ensure all facilities and equipment meet CRR Hospitality standards. Qualifications Previous leadership experience managing maintenance operations, preferably in hospitality, RV resorts, hotels, campgrounds, or multi-family communities. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, irrigation, pools, appliances, and general building maintenance. Experience developing and managing preventative maintenance programs. Budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management experience a plus. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional on-call responsibilities.
