Responsibilities Supervise front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high standards of guest service and operational efficiency Oversee guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel policies using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach to enhance guest satisfaction Manage reservations using hospitality reservation systems, optimizing room occupancy and revenue opportunities Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Enforce hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff Assist with night audit responsibilities, balancing accounts and preparing reports to support financial accuracy and accountability Maintain clear communication via phone etiquette, ensuring all client interactions reflect the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts, with familiarity in property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA preferred Strong customer service skills combined with excellent problem-solving abilities to address guest concerns effectively Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele better Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols is essential for maintaining a secure environment Exceptional communication skills via phone and in person, demonstrating professionalism and hospitality etiquette at all times Previous experience in night audit functions or resort environments is advantageous Ability to lead a team with energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude toward guest relations This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
