In this pivotal role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our organization, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while efficiently managing administrative and operational tasks. Your leadership will foster a positive environment, streamline daily activities, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, multilingual or bilingual, and possesses a strong background in hospitality management, hotel operations, and guest relations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the guest experience directly and support the overall success of our hospitality team. Duties Oversee all front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries using hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere through excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills. Manage guest relations by anticipating needs, offering personalized assistance, and maintaining high standards of hospitality service across all interactions. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold hotel emergency procedures. Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions accurately while managing front desk staff schedules for optimal coverage during peak hours. Handle multilingual communication with international guests to enhance their experience and foster inclusive hospitality environments. Train and supervise front desk staff on customer service protocols, property management systems (PMS), hotel policies, and emergency procedures to ensure compliance and excellence. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations within a resort or hotel setting. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms. Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with problem-solving skills tailored to guest needs. Experience with night audit procedures and handling emergency protocols in a hospitality environment. Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse guests. Familiarity with hotel management practices including guest services, reservations, client communication, and hotel emergency procedures. Previous resort experience is a plus for understanding the unique demands of luxury hospitality environments.
