This position is designed for someone who thrives on making an immediate impact. The successful candidate will step into hotels that need leadership support, operational improvement, recruiting assistance, training, accountability, or stabilization and help move the property forward. This is not a role for someone who simply identifies problems. We are looking for an operator who can build teams, develop people, improve performance, implement structure, and deliver results. The ideal candidate understands that success in hospitality is built through strong leadership, consistent execution, attention to detail, and a commitment to developing people
Compensation:
60,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do Travel to hotels throughout the portfolio as needed Recruit, hire, onboard, and train hotel team members Rebuild and strengthen front desk, housekeeping, and operations teams Develop department leaders and establish accountability Improve guest satisfaction scores and online reputation metrics Analyze labor performance and improve department productivity Improve housekeeping efficiency, room readiness, and minutes-per-room performance Ensure service standards and operating procedures are consistently followed Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions Support hotel transitions, leadership changes, special projects, and turnaround efforts Work directly alongside hotel teams to drive improvement and build momentum Help create positive cultures that encourage engagement, accountability, and growth
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For Hotel General Manager experience required Multi-property or Task Force experience preferred Strong recruiting and hiring skills Proven ability to build, train, and retain teams Experience leading front desk, housekeeping, and overall hotel operations Strong understanding of labor management and hotel financial performance Ability to quickly assess operations and prioritize improvements Excellent communication and leadership skills Willingness to travel extensively The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who can walk into a hotel, quickly assess the operation, build credibility with the team, and create positive momentum.
