Ensure every guest receives a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience. Respond to guest concerns quickly and professionally while finding solutions that build guest loyalty. Monitor guest feedback, Marriott guest satisfaction scores, and online reviews to identify opportunities for improvement. Drive Marriott Bonvoy enrollment, member recognition, and elite appreciation. Ensure Front of House associates are knowledgeable and confident in Marriott brand standards and hotel procedures. Maintain consistent Front of House procedures and expectations across both hotels. Work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales, and hotel leadership to ensure strong communication and a seamless guest experience. Review daily arrivals, VIPs, elite members, special requests, and group needs. Assist with inventory management, oversell situations, room assignments, and operational challenges. Ensure cash handling, billing, key control, and Front of House policies are followed. Support hotel leadership with operational projects, associate engagement initiatives, and property goals. Step into Front Desk, Bar, or Bistro operations when needed and lead by example.
