This pivotal role requires a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong managerial skills, extensive hospitality experience, and a proactive approach to revenue and financial management. As the face of the hotel, you will inspire your team, uphold high standards of customer service, and drive the overall success of the property. Duties Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and guest relations to ensure smooth functioning and high guest satisfaction. Supervise hospitality teams across departments, fostering a positive work environment with effective team management and human resources practices. Manage hospitality operations budgets, including revenue management, cost control, and financial reporting to maximize profitability. Implement and uphold hotel management standards, guest service protocols, and property management systems (PMS) to ensure consistent quality. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to promote the hotel's offerings and increase occupancy rates through strategic initiatives. Oversee reservations using hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and efficient booking processes. Maintain property standards by conducting regular inspections, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Lead managerial communication efforts across departments to align goals, share updates, and foster teamwork. Handle guest complaints promptly with professionalism, ensuring guest services exceed expectations at all times. Monitor night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reconciliation at the end of each day. Experience Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervisory responsibilities. Extensive knowledge of hotel operations including front desk management, housekeeping, food & beverage services, and guest relations. Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, financial operations, and human resources within a resort or hotel setting. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests and teams. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing hospitality teams and overseeing large-scale operations with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience working within resort environments or similar large-scale hospitality settings is preferred.
