This is a key position within our property, serving as essential support for the General Manager and playing a vital role in the overall success of our operations. As Front Desk Manager, you will oversee daily front office functions, ensure smooth and efficient guest service, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. You will lead by example supporting the front desk team, resolving guest concerns, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring a welcoming, well‑organized environment for every guest who walks through our doors. This role is central to our hotel's performance and guest satisfaction. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail‑oriented, and committed to creating a positive experience for both guests and staff.t. Responsibilities Oversee all front desk operations, including guest check‑in/check‑out, reservations, payment handling, and daily guest inquiries. Lead, train, and motivate the front desk team to deliver exceptional service with professionalism, accuracy, and a positive attitude. Manage a multi‑line phone system, respond to guest requests efficiently, and resolve concerns promptly while maintaining excellent phone and in‑person etiquette. Complete and verify night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and end‑of‑day balancing. Maintain strong guest relations by addressing issues proactively and ensuring each guest enjoys a smooth, memorable stay. Coordinate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support seamless daily operations and timely room readiness. Implement and uphold hospitality best practices to enhance guest satisfaction, improve workflow, and strengthen front desk procedures. Skills Demonstrated experience in hospitality or hotel management with a strong emphasis on guest service excellence. Preferred but not required - Bilingual or multilingual communication skills to effectively assist a diverse guest population Strong customer‑service mindset with exceptional communication abilities and a warm, professional demeanor Solid understanding of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, night audit processes, and daily workflow. Ability to manage multi‑line phone systems efficiently while maintaining courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism Proven experience in guest relations, conflict resolution, and delivering personalized service in a hotel or resort environment. Familiarity with hotel management software, PMS systems, and reservation platforms is preferred Join us as a Front Desk Manager and help shape the guest experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
