HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER

Lake Country, Wisconsin $115K

We're looking for an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead a beautiful, well-established property in Wisconsin's Lake Country. This is an opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader who enjoys running a quality property without the complexity and layers of a large convention hotel.

THE IDEAL GM

You're an experienced hotel leader who understands that great hospitality starts with great people and strong operational standards.

You should have:

Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or senior hotel operations leader Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service and financial performance Experience leading and developing a team Comfort overseeing both rooms and F&B operations A hands-on, visible leadership style Strong communication and relationship-building skills A genuine passion for hospitality This could be an especially strong fit for a GM who wants a quality property and a manageable operation rather than another oversized, high-complexity hotel.

Compensation:

$115K
