Work shoulder-to-shoulder with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to maintain operational excellence and high team morale. Elevate the

Guest Experience:

Maintain and build upon our excellent guest satisfaction scores by ensuring a welcoming, seamless stay for every traveler.

Drive Business & Revenue:

Partner with corporate leadership and sales to maximize market share, occupancy, and RevPAR in a dynamic airport market.

Develop & Mentor Talent:

Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing hotel team, fostering a supportive work environment built on mutual respect and teamwork.

Financial & Operational Oversight:

Manage property budgets, labor costs, inventory, and daily reporting while ensuring full brand compliance with Marriott standards.

What We're Looking For Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of hotel management experience (e.g., experienced General Manager or strong Assistant General Manager ready for the next step).

Leadership Style:

Servant-leadership mindset—willing to jump into operations, cover shifts when needed, and lead with empathy and enthusiasm.

Brand Familiarity:

Marriott brand experience is strongly preferred.

Systems:

Experience with modern PMS platforms (knowledge of StayPMS is a plus!).

Market Insight:

Familiarity with the Greater Milwaukee / Oak Creek market is preferred, though open to relocation for the right leader.

What We Offer Competitive Base Salary:

$65,000 - $68,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
