HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER

A growing hospitality group is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead operations for a luxury lifestyle hotel in Wisconsin's Lake Country region . What You'll Lead Overall hotel operations and day-to-day performance Guest experience and service standards Rooms, front office and housekeeping operations Revenue, labor and profitability Budgets, forecasting and P&L performance Recruiting, training and developing a strong hospitality team Groups, events and overall guest experience Operational standards and continuous improvement Building a positive, high-performing team culture We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Current or recent Hotel General Manager, Hotel Manager or senior hotel operations leadership experience Experience in a full-service, upscale, luxury, or lifestyle hotel Strong knowledge of rooms, front office, housekeeping and overall hotel operations Experience managing hotel financials, budgets, labor and P&L performance A proven ability to recruit, train, develop and retain strong hospitality teams Experience with groups, events and elevated guest experiences Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills A hands-on, visible management style The ability to balance exceptional guest service with strong financial and operational performance Why Consider This Opportunity?
