In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance within our hospitality or commercial environment. As an energetic manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient workspace. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation efforts across all areas Lead and motivate a team of custodial staff, providing clear guidance, training, and support to foster teamwork and high performance Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sanitation standards to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests or clients Develop and implement cleaning & sanitation management protocols aligned with industry best practices for commercial or hospitality settings Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness quality, identify areas for improvement, and address any issues promptly Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement processes to optimize operational efficiency Foster excellent customer service by addressing guest or client concerns swiftly and professionally Experience Proven supervisory experience in custodial services or housekeeping management within hospitality or commercial environments Extensive custodial experience with a focus on cleaning, sanitation, industrial cleaning, and janitorial tasks Demonstrated leadership in team management, staff supervision, and management of cleaning & sanitation operations Strong understanding of safety regulations related to cleaning practices and workplace safety standards Experience managing laundry operations in hospitality settings is preferred Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate with other departments Prior experience in hospitality or similar service-oriented industries is highly desirable Join us as an Executive Housekeeper to lead a dedicated team committed to excellence!
