The Team at the Hilton Anaheim is currently seeking their next Housekeeping Room Inspector to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: + Minimum one year of hotel Housekeeping Inspector and Supervisor experience. + Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, guest room cleanliness standards, and brand quality expectations. + Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and address cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation issues + Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support housekeeping team members while fostering a positive work environment + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments + Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment + Experience training, coaching, and providing feedback to housekeeping team members + Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs + A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences through consistently high cleanliness and service standards Here's what you'll do during a typical day: +

• Supervise the housekeeping team:
• Lead, train, oversee, and evaluate Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas +
• Oversee room readiness:
• Assign, inspect, and verify room status, promptly reporting any discrepancies +
• Oversee operational logistics:
• Monitor work schedules, payroll reports, stock room and cart inventory, and the lost and found program +
• Coordinate maintenance needs:
• Partner with Engineering and Property Operations to address repair and maintenance issues +
• Support housekeeping operations:
• Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels +
