In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, and foster a positive environment for both staff and guests. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold safety regulations, and deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and spotless environment that exceeds expectations. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive manager with a passion for hospitality and a knack for team management to make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient and thorough cleaning routines across all areas. Implement and monitor sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning protocols to maintain a hygienic environment. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, laundry facilities, and industrial cleaning areas to uphold quality standards. Provide training, guidance, and support to staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment use, and customer service practices. Manage scheduling, assign tasks, and oversee staff performance to optimize productivity and morale. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly with professionalism and a focus on exceptional customer service. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens; ensure proper storage and usage. Qualifications Proven experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping management with supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, industrial cleaning methods, and janitorial procedures. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team supervision and management within hospitality or related industries. Excellent communication skills suited for managerial roles; able to motivate staff and coordinate effectively. Background in laundry operations or hospitality environments is preferred. Brand Experience (Hilton,Marriott,IHG) Prior experience with management of cleaning & sanitation systems or programs is highly desirable.
