In this overnight leadership role, you will oversee EVS operations during the 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM shift. Success in this role requires experience with floor care and OR terminal cleaning, while Spanish-speaking abilities will help foster strong communication and team leadership. About the job In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee frontline environmental services teams to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. You'll play a key part in scheduling, training, and supporting daily operations, helping create a safe and welcoming environment for all. Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization.
