We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Evening Supervisor to lead our custodial team during evening operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing custodial services for facilities totaling over 300,000 net cleaning square feet, managing a team of 20-40 custodial staff. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of janitorial practices, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and environmentally friendly workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee evening custodial operations, ensuring cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Supervise and support a team of custodial staff, including scheduling, training, and conducting performance evaluations. Ensure all team members follow proper cleaning procedures and utilize appropriate cleaning materials and equipment. Perform regular inspections to confirm cleanliness standards are met. Maintain a safe work environment by ensuring staff adhere to OSHA regulations. Support and maintain LEED, CEH, and REA certification standards as required. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and service concerns.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience managing large custodial teams (20-40 staff) and facilities exceeding 300,000 sq. ft. Hands-on experience with custodial equipment and certified in its operation as required under the Scope of Work (SOW). Familiarity with cleaning procedures and industry safety standards. Experience in educational or institutional environments is a plus. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
