We're looking for a professional, experienced executive housekeeper to perform impeccable housekeeping services and provide our guests with a safe and clean environment for an exceptional stay with us.

Compensation:

$25 per hour

Responsibilities:

Manage the daily tasks of the housekeeping department, including cleaning guest rooms and public areas Make sure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition and schedule repairs as needed Handle the hiring and training of housekeeping staff so that they can achieve and exceed our standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction Keep a record of areas cleaned by room attendants and make a note of any issues such as room damage or maintenance requests Adhere to the department budget, oversee inventory, and order cleaning supplies

Qualifications:

Over 2 years of experience in guest services or hospitality A High school diploma or GED is required Applicants should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service Strong understanding of environmental services (EVS) including cleaning processes and how to use a variety of cleaning supplies and equipment Over 3 years of experience as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping manager, or similar About Company Our Redding Hotel is near the Shasta Cascade Region. The Holiday Inn Hotel and Convention Center Redding is centrally located within Shasta County businesses and attractions, offering the perfect location for corporate and leisure travelers alike. The hotel has a little over 8,000 square feet of customizable event and meeting space.
