Were looking for an Executive Housekeeper who takes pride in creating an exceptional guest experience and knows how to build a strong, motivated team.
As the leader of our Housekeeping Department, youll oversee daily operations, inspire and develop team members, manage staffing and schedules, and make sure our guest rooms and public areas consistently meet our high standards.
What Youll DoLead, coach, train, and motivate the Housekeeping team.
Oversee daily room and public-area cleaning operations.
Create schedules and manage staffing based on hotel needs and occupancy.
Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure outstanding cleanliness and presentation.
Monitor guest feedback and cleanliness scores and quickly address concerns.
Partner with HR on hiring and onboarding.
Work closely with Maintenance and hotel leadership to keep everything running smoothly.
Manage timecards, labor, and departmental needs.
Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, pride, and great guest service.
What Were Looking ForA hands-on leader who is organized, dependable, positive, and passionate about hospitality. You should enjoy working with people, solving problems, and setting the example for your team.
This is a hands-on leadership position, so flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules is required.
Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentThis is an active, hands-on position. The Executive Housekeeper must be able to stand and walk for extended periods; use hands and arms; reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs. The position requires frequent lifting and/or moving of items up to 50 pounds and the ability to safely go up and down a flight of stairs while carrying 25 pounds.
The position may occasionally involve working in outdoor weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is generally moderate.
